Learn how to add your accounts to Breezing

Link Chart of Accounts to Xero

If you’re using Xero, follow the steps below to link your chart of accounts

 
  1. Click on Chart of Accounts
      2. Notion image
  1. Click Link Accounts

  1. Enter your credentials for Xero and select the company you want to link

Upload chart of accounts using CSV

If you are not using Xero currently, you can always upload your chart accounts using a CSV.

  1. Click on Chart of Accounts
      2. Notion image
  1. Click Upload CSV

  1. Download the chart of accounts from your accounting system.
  1. Structure the columns in Code, Name and Type and save the file in CSV. If you do not use a Code, then you can simply just number it 1 through to 20 or 30 depending on how many accounts you have.

  1. Your accounts are added.
