Add accounts to your transactions
Once you’re uploaded your transactions into Breezing, you can now assign accounts to them.
- Click on wallet you want to label on the left hand panel or click on
Dashboard
to see all your transactions.

- You can label the transaction directly in the transaction table by clicking the drop down under the account column and typing the account name to find select it.

- You can also click
Transaction
which will open up a panel on the right for more details on the transaction. There you can click the fieldTransaction Account
to label this transaction. Type the account you want and clickSave

- You can label transactions in bulk by selecting them in the transaction table and clicking
Manage
and thenEdit
. Select the account for this group of transactions.

Cross Check Internal Transactions & Spam
Breezing will label all internal transactions between the wallets you’ve added and will attempt to catch spam wherever possible. However it is always wise to cross check.
- To check internal transactions, there is a column in the transaction table called Internal.

- You can verify the transaction by clicking into it. If the transaction is meant to be internal, simply toggle
Internal Transactions
on or if it’s not meant to be internal simply toggle it off.

- To check spam transactions, there is a column in the transaction table called Spam.

- You can verify the transaction by clicking into it. If the transaction is meant to be spam, simply toggle
Mark as Spam
on or if it’s not meant to be spam simply toggle it off.

Calculate Net Gain Loss
Once you’re labelled all your transactions, marked transactions as internal and spam, then it’s time to calculate net gain loss on transaction level.
- Click on
Dashboard

- Click
Calculate Net Gain Loss
to open a right hand panel.

- Select the Tokens you want to calculate net gain loss for or click
Select All
.

- Click
Calculate
Sync Transactions to Xero
Once you’re labelled all your transactions in Breezing, you can now sync them to Xero.
- click the transaction you want to sync to open the left hand panel and click the
Sync Now
.

- You can view your transactions in Xero by clicking on
Accounting
and thenManual Journals

- You need to click on
Drafts
as that is where we send the journal entries. If you want them posted, just clickPost
.

- You can also bulk sync by selecting all transactions and clicking
Manage
and thenEdit
. ClickSync to Xero
.

Product Journal Entries via CSV
In scenarios where Breezing does not support your accounting system, we do produce journal entries via CSV.
- Select the transactions for which you want to produce a journal entry, click on
Manage
selectDownload Journal
and selectIndividual
to produce each journal entry individually for each transaction.

- You can also product a consolidated journal entry which will summarise all transactions selected into just the necessary accounts broken down month. Select
Grouped (Month, Account, Tax)

- If you do not want the journal separated by month, you can create one big consolidated journal by click
Grouped ( Account, Tax)
